You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item, provided that:

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened or used health supplements, vitamins, and consumables

  • Personal care items (e.g., water bottles, massage rollers, resistance bands once opened)

  • Products labeled as final sale or clearance

  • Customized or special-order items

  • Digital products or downloads (if applicable)

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

What to do:

  2. Include clear photos of the item and the packaging

  3. Our support team will assess the issue and offer you a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and relevant photos if applicable

  3. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the return address

  4. Pack your item securely and ship it using a trackable courier service

Note: Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs

  • If the return is due to a change of mind, wrong size, or dislike of the product, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees

6. Refund Timeline

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • We’ll notify you by email about the status of your refund

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method

  • Depending on your bank/payment provider, it may take a few additional days to reflect in your account

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product was defective or incorrectly shipped.

7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us first to confirm eligibility.

8. Cancellations
